02.Refund Eligibility
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once a service has been delivered.
- If an order is canceled before processing, a refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- While all sales are final, refund requests made via Stripe or PayPal will be subject to their dispute resolution process. If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide relevant transaction details to the payment provider.

03. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

05. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction based on personal preference if the service was accurately delivered.
- Failure to use the purchased service or failure to register a suggested domain name does not qualify for a refund.
- Refund requests made beyond the 7-day eligibility period will not be accepted.
